Would you like to see behind-the scenes at one of the UK’s largest hospital trusts?

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust holds its annual open day from 11am - 2.30pm on Saturday, July 27 at Ealing Hospital.

Visitors can enjoy a free fun-packed day including guided tours of facilities including the emergency department, endoscopy, radiology, pharmacy, Meadow House Hospice and its gardens, live music and a fun kids’ zone.

Get your blood pressure checked and find out more about adopting a healthier lifestyle as well as chatting to sixty stall holders representing various departments and associated organisations.

These range from organ donation, cancer awareness and the inflammatory bowel disease team to ophthalmology and Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group.

A range of consultants, surgeons, doctors and nurses will be on hand to chat as well as representatives from the Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade.

Highlights of the day include:

·         Indian Dhol drummers

·         Kids zone with face painting, balloon modelling and magic

·         Steel Pan Academy

·         Singer and guitarist Atul Radia

·         Live broadcast from Radio Harrow.
