About our general surgery service

Our general surgery team provides a full range of planned and emergency surgical procedures across all our hospital sites.

Our service also provides a full range of diagnostic tests, scans and examinations for hernias, lumps and bumps, gallstones and general abdominal conditions.

We also have a Surgical Assessment Unit on the Northwick Park and St Mark's Hospital sites.

We work closely with colleagues across the region, with our team of dedicated Macmillan cancer nurses, and our endoscopy team.
