Chair's welcome with Bob

Bob Alexander, interim chair of the North West London Acute Provider Group, opens the AGM and reflects on a year of progress. He thanks staff, volunteers and partners, highlights improvements across north west London, and looks ahead to closer collaboration to improve care for local communities.
