Picking up medicines
If you’re prescribed medication which you will need soon after your appointment, we’ll ask you to wait in pharmacy to pick it up.
You can wait in our main pharmacy outpatient waiting area.
We’ll text you when your prescription is ready at the collection point.
Collecting your medication from the main pharmacy
You can collect your medication from the main pharmacy at:
Central Middlesex Hospital, level 2:
- Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.45pm
- Saturday and bank holidays from 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Closed on Sunday
Ealing Hospital, level 2, orange wing:
- Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.15pm
- Closed weekend and bank holiday
Northwick Park Hospital, level 4 on:
- Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.45pm
- Saturday from 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Sunday and bank holidays from 9.30am to 12pm
Pharmacy collection point at Northwick Park Hospital
If you don’t need your medication straight away, we’ll ask you to come back later. We’ll text you when your prescription is ready.
You can collect your medication from our pharmacy collection point. Take the ramp towards the main hospital entrance drop-off point, (left just after the bus stop but before the multi-storey carpark), and turn right at the mini-roundabout to the back of the multi-storey carpark.
You can park in the blue bay area next to the collection point for a maximum of 15 minutes.
The pharmacy collection point is open Monday to Friday, from 9.15am to 5pm. You can collect your medication from the main pharmacy on level 4 when this is closed.
