Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

When you need advice about our services, or don’t know where to turn if you have concerns about your care, we’re here to help.

We can put you in contact with our staff to make sure your concerns are quickly resolved. And if we can't put it right, we can refer you to our complaints team.

Your feedback may be shared anonymously with our teams. We will always ask permission before we use your personal information, or information that is identifiable to you.
