About our dermatology service

Our dermatology team diagnose and treat skin diseases. We run dermatology services at all our hospital sites, and our service includes specialists in both medical and surgical dermatology.

Our team will look after you for:

  • general dermatology
  • paediatric dermatology
  • skin cancers
  • inflammatory skin diseases (including eczema and psoriasis)
  • acne
  • hair disorders
  • phototherapy
  • patch testing (allergy detection)
  • iontophoresis for hyperhidrosis (abnormally excessive sweating)

The team work closely with our own oral maxillofacial service and the Royal Free Hospital plastic surgery service, as well as with our neighbours at Mount Vernon Hospital (which is managed by Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust).
