Team on shortlist roster
Congratulations to Team Based Rostering (TBR) who have been shortlisted for the Browne Jackson Award for e xcellence in employee engagement at the annual HPMA excellence in people awards .
The team, who would like to thank all the ward teams, matrons, roster managers, clinical leaders, project teams and staff who embraced TBR, made a presentation to judges in July with the category winner announced in November. TBR helps manage around 3,000 staff.
