Alliance makes a positive impact
Congratulations to The North West London Clinical Trials Alliance (NWLCTA) who were finalists at the New Statesman Positive Impact Awards, in recognition of its contribution to healthcare research.
The alliance, whose partners include LNWH, first came together in response to Covid-19, using their collective expertise and resources to conduct trials that helped inform national guidelines and policy.
Dr Suki Balendra, who leads NWLCTA, said: "This nomination was in recognition of the power of collaboration. Our collective research, expertise and resources allow us to bring the latest innovations to patients more quickly.”
