Have you had a baby at Northwick Park Hospital in recent months?
If so, we would like to hear your experience to better improve our services.
The survey asks a sample of people who gave birth their experience of antenatal care, labour and birth and postnatal care. This includes asking you questions like did staff listen to you and were your concerns taken seriously?
Were you able to make choices and decisions about your care and were you treated with dignity and respect?
You will have received a letter and SMS inviting you to take part in the survey including a unique participation code. The survey is anonymous and confidential.
The results will be available on both on the Care Quality Commission and NHS Surveys website in Autumn 2026.
