Medirest payment issues
Some card transactions have only recently come from customers’ accounts due to a payment issue at Wellspring Restaurant, Northwick Park Hospital.
You may see transactions taken from your bank account for purchases as early 27 August 2025.
Medirest have said the issue is now resolved and have apologised for any inconvenience this payment problem has caused.
Other outlets at Northwick Park including WH Smiths and M&S, and card payments taken at Ealing and Central Middlesex hospitals are not thought to be affected.
