Urogynaecology

Urogynaecology is a subspecialty of gynaecology that provide assessment, investigations and treatment for women with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder pain and other pelvic floor problems.

We offer a variety of clinics for investigation and outpatient management:

• consultant-led clinics run each weekday at either Northwick Park or Ealing Hospital
• nurse-led pessary clinic 
• one stop urodynamics clinic for investigation and treatment of incontinence
• specialist womens' health physiotherapy clinic
• joint colorectal clinic with the St Mark's functional colorectal team

• A wide range of medical treatments to treat urogynaecological problems
• Physiotherapy clinics for postpartum care, continence pelvic floor management and post-surgical pelvic floor care
• Vaginal and laparoscopic surgical options for prolapse and incontinence, including all NICE approved procedures
• Close integration with community bladder and bowel service
