Urogynaecology

Urogynaecology is a subspecialty of gynaecology that provide assessment, investigations and treatment for women with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder pain and other pelvic floor problems.

About urogynaecology

We offer a variety of clinics for investigation and outpatient management:

  • consultant-led clinics run each weekday at either Northwick Park or Ealing Hospital
  • nurse-led pessary clinic 
  • one stop urodynamics clinic for investigation and treatment of incontinence
  • specialist womens' health physiotherapy clinic
  • joint colorectal clinic with the St Mark's functional colorectal team

  • Physiotherapy clinics for postpartum care, continence pelvic floor management and post-surgical pelvic floor care
