Staff celebrate festival
Hospital staff from Kerala helped bring a flavour of the south Indian state to the streets of South Harrow with the Onam Festival.
A homemade elephant took centre-stage as the Malayalee community gathered for the biggest cultural celebration of its kind in the UK.
The annual event, which is organised by the overseas Indian community living in the UK, included elaborate floral decorations, cultural performances and a feast called Onam Sadhya.
