The Harrow Community Stroke Co-ordinator works jointly with us and Harrow Social Services to support you if you have a stroke and are living in Harrow.

The Harrow Community Stroke Co-ordinator works jointly with London North West Healthcare NHS Trust and Harrow Social Services.

The service provides advice and support for you if you have have a stroke and are living in Harrow or have a Harrow GP. 

The Community Stroke Programme is run at Harrow Council every six weeks. This free service is for clients and carers that live in Harrow or have a Harrow GP. Please contact the service to book a place to attend the programme.
