Our Clinical Research Facility at Northwick Park Hospital are looking for volunteers to take part in a study looking at the use of different Covid-19 vaccines and doses as a third dose. You will be reimbursed for your time and travel up to £225.
You must meet the following criteria:
- You are aged between 18-30 years old.
- You have already received 2 or 3 doses of Covid-19 vaccine
- Your last dose was at least 6 months prior to receiving the trial vaccine
- You have had Covid in the past
- You can participate in this trial for up to 8 months
Dr Alastair McGregor, a consultant at Northwick Park Hospital leading on Covid-19 vaccine research, said: “This study will help us determine whether smaller doses of the mRNA covid vaccines work as well as the standard doses. This is important as a smaller dose would likely have fewer side effects and would allow the vaccine supply to go further. It is also an excellent opportunity for interested individuals to see what participating in medical research is all about.”
