Post COVID clinic

Our post-Covid clinic will assess and look after you if you were diagnosed with Covid-19 at least three months ago, and continue to have symptoms.

You must be referred by your GP to be seen in our post COVID clinic.

Your GP will fill in an assessment form which will help us understand more about your symptoms.

We will also ask for you to have some tests before your appointment.

These include:

• A recent chest X-ray
• Blood tests
• Oxygen saturation and desaturation tests

Your appointment is likely to take at least two hours, so please be prepared to stay with us.

Patients living in Brent or Harrow can be referred to our post COVID clinic.
